TAURKENAM Vgate vLinker FD Bluetooth3.0 OBD2 Scanner car electronics accessory

SKU CH-KAV1-FZB27

Bluetooth 3.0 OBD2 scanner for Android and Windows reads Ford modules via FORScan, resets hidden fault codes, and auto-sleeps at 3 mA to protect the vehicle battery

  • Product typeType
  • Works with Android and Windows devices
  • Designed for FORScan module access and hidden codes
  • Auto sleep mode cuts current to 3mA
  • Over-voltage protection prevents battery drain
  • 4K bps baud rate for fast data transfer

Compact Bluetooth 3.0 OBD2 adapter for Android

The TAURKENAM Vgate vLinker FD connects to the vehicle diagnostic port and communicates over Bluetooth 3.0 with Android or Windows devices. Its small form factor leaves driver legroom clear and it draws only 51mA while active. iOS devices are not supported.

Plug-and-play diagnostics that free up the laptop

The unit powers directly from the OBD2 port so no external supply or cables are needed beyond the paired phone or tablet. It supports medium-speed CAN (MS-CAN) and a 230.4K bps baud rate for faster data transfer. Free firmware updates keep the protocol stack current without a workshop visit.

Replaces basic code readers that only show generic

When used with FORScan the adapter reveals manufacturer-specific modules, hidden fault codes and advanced PIDs that standard OBD2 apps cannot display. It is not for buyers who need iOS compatibility or who require high-speed CAN-only coverage without MS-CAN support.

Questions about this item

Will the 51 mA operating current drain my car battery if the scanner stays plugged in for days?

The adapter drops to a 3 mA sleep current when idle, so long-term connection will not drain the vehicle battery.

Does the Bluetooth 3.0 link stay responsive when FORScan runs extended tests that push the 230.4 Kbps baud rate?

The 230.4 Kbps buffer handles continuous high-speed data without lag during long FORScan sessions.

My laptop runs Windows — is that all I need to start diagnosing with this adapter?

You need a Windows or Android device with Bluetooth 3.0 and the FORScan software installed; iOS is not supported.
