3.00" OD Quick-Detach Pulley

The Tb Wood'S 3V301 is a single-groove V-belt pulley designed for power-transmission drives that use 3V or 3VX belts. Its 3.00-inch outside diameter and 3V pitch diameter of 3 in suit light-to-moderate industrial machinery where compact sheaves are required.

Capacity and headroom

Cast-iron construction provides the strength for continuous 3V and 3VX belt service at the rated pitch diameter. The pulley is not rated for A, B, C, 4L, 5L, 5V or 5VX belt sections, so drives specifying those profiles will need a different sheave.

Build integration

A quick-detachable bushing bore accepts bushings with 1/2" to 1-1/4" shaft ranges, allowing fast installation and removal without special tools. The gray cast-iron finish resists corrosion in typical shop environments, and the single-groove layout keeps the assembly narrow for tight drive centres.

Will this 3.00" OD pulley fit the existing QD bushing on my older shaft?

The pulley is bored for a Quick Detachable bushing and accepts belt trade sizes 3V and 3VX with a 3V pitch diameter of 3 in.

How can I verify the pulley is running true after I mount it on the bushing?

Check that the belt tracks centrally in the single groove without wobble and that the 3.00" outside diameter runs concentric to the shaft.

Does the box include the QD bushing and mounting hardware, or must I order them separately?

Only the cast-iron sheave is supplied; a compatible Quick Detachable bushing and any required bolts must be purchased separately.
