Application Scope

This coupling flange fits compressors, conveyors, motors and pumps that use a Sure-Flex sleeve system. The 9S size handles a maximum torque of 2,340 in-lb at speeds up to 3,750 RPM. It is not suited for drives that exceed these limits or require a different coupling series.

Installation Notes

The round keyed bore measures 1-1/2 in with a tolerance of +.0005 in to +.0015 in. Length through bore is 2-13/32 in and hub body length is 25/32 in. Verify shaft diameter and keyway dimensions before pressing the flange on; no bushing is used with this hub.
