VR weapons simulation for HTC Vive

Lethal VR is an immersive Virtual Reality weapons experience developed by Three Fields Entertainment. The downloadable Steam code unlocks an Action Simulator that places you in a virtual training environment using tracked motion controllers. Activation requires a Steam account and is restricted in several listed countries. A compatible HTC Vive headset is mandatory to play.

Minimum hardware and storage headroom

The title runs on Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 with an Intel i5-4590 or AMD FX 8350 equivalent processor and 4 GB RAM. Graphics need a GTX 970 or Radeon R9 290 equivalent or better with DirectX 11 support. Only 600 MB of storage space is required, leaving ample room on modern drives. Systems below these specifications will not meet the minimum threshold.

Standing and room-scale play area

The experience supports standing and room-scale configurations using the HTC Vive headset and hand controllers. Normal use involves physical movement within the defined play area rather than seated desktop play. Thermals, noise and power draw depend entirely on the host PC hardware and the VR headset itself, not on the software code. No additional peripherals beyond the tracked motion controllers are specified.
