What the Monkey Business Pack adds

The Monkey Business Pack is downloadable content for The Survivalists on PC. It delivers a side quest called Box-Ex where players locate a crashed plane to unlock cosmetic items. The pack includes three player hats — Straw Hat, Escapists Guard Hat and Unicorn Hat — plus six monkey hats: Top Hat, Lumberjack Hat, Chef Hat, Crown, Hard Hat and Pirate Hat. Activation requires a Steam account and the base game.

Who this suits and who it does not

This DLC suits players who already own The Survivalists on Steam and want extra cosmetic variety for their character and monkey companions. It does not add new gameplay systems, maps or story chapters. Buyers who do not own the base game cannot use the content. Buyers in blocked regions including AF, BY, CF, CD, CU, IR, IQ, KP, LB, LY, MM, RU, SO, SD, SY, UA, VE, YE, ZW, SS cannot activate the code. Buyers seeking functional upgrades or new mechanics should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom

The pack adds nine cosmetic hats in total, three for the player and six for monkeys, all unlocked through a single side quest. Minimum system requirements call for Windows 7, an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 or AMD Phenom II X2 550 processor, 2 GB RAM and a DirectX 11 graphics adapter with 1 GB VRAM. Recommended specifications are Windows 10, Intel Core i5-2300 or AMD FX-4350, 4 GB RAM and a GeForce GTS 450 or Radeon HD 5770 with 1 GB VRAM.
