Ultra-thin case for iPhone SE 2020 8 7

The Tech21 Evo Check is a new case designed for Apple iPhone SE 2020, iPhone 8 and iPhone 7. It adds a stylish check pattern while keeping the device ultra thin and lightweight. Buyers who need a wallet folio or a built-in stand will not find those features here.

Sustained impact protection

Flex shock material and patented ribs absorb impact energy drop after drop. The case is rated for drops of 2M/6.6ft and remains up to 30% slimmer and 60% lighter than other cases during repeated impacts. Users who require military-spec certification or ruggedised corner guards should look elsewhere.

Thermals noise and power

The case adds no active cooling, no fans and no electrical components, so it produces no noise and draws no power. Normal use leaves the phone's thermal behaviour unchanged. Anyone expecting active heat dissipation or battery supplementation will not get it from this cover.

Questions about this item

Does the FlexShock material trap heat during long gaming sessions?

The Evo Check uses FlexShock ribs that absorb impact energy; the ultra-thin profile keeps the phone's own thermal path open so heat escapes normally.

Which iPhone models does this case fit out of the box?

It is made for iPhone 6, 7, 8 and SE (2020) — no extra adapter or insert is required.

Will the check-pattern grip interfere with a magnetic car mount I already use?

The case is 30 % slimmer than standard covers, so most magnetic mounts still hold through the back without needing a metal plate.
