Astronaut Bundle Contents

The Astronaut Bundle is a downloadable content pack for the PC version of Dying Light published by Techland. It delivers the V-39 Star Rover vehicle, the V-9 Defender Suit outfit, and the V-40 Suspender pistol weapon. The bundle is activated via a Steam online game code and requires the base game to use the included items. It targets players who want extra cosmetic and gameplay options in the open-world RPG.

Sustained Gameplay Experience

The V-40 Suspender pistol places enemies in stasis, freezing them mid-air to create tactical windows during extended combat encounters. The V-39 Star Rover provides consistent traversal speed across the map, reducing downtime between objectives. The V-9 Defender Suit remains a permanent visual upgrade that does not degrade or require repair during long play sessions. All items remain accessible once unlocked through the Steam platform.

Steam Platform Constraints

Activation requires a third-party Steam account and an internet connection to redeem the supplied online game code. The content is tied to the Steam DRM system, meaning it cannot be transferred to other storefronts or launched without the client running. Supported spoken languages include English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese-Brazil and Spanish. Subtitle support covers Czech, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Russian and additional languages.

Questions about this item

How much power does the V-40 Suspender pistol draw during extended play sessions?

The Astronaut Bundle is a downloadable content pack for Dying Light and does not consume power itself; power draw depends on the PC hardware running the game.

What must I already own to use the V-39 Star Rover and V-9 Defender Suit?

You need the base game Dying Light on PC, a Steam account, and the Steam client installed to activate and access the bundle content.

Will the Astronaut Bundle run on my older PC that meets the original Dying Light requirements?

Yes, the bundle requires the same PC platform and Steam DRM as the base game, so any system that runs Dying Light can use the added equipment.
