The TeKit NTRAT100011 is a palm-sized digital ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for measuring material wall thickness from 1.2 to 220mm. Measurement range and accuracy limits

The gauge measures thicknesses between 1.2mm and 220mm with selectable sound velocity settings for different materials. Accuracy is +/-1% when measuring known thicknesses over 20mm and +/-5% for thicknesses under 20mm. It stores up to 10 readings for later recall and includes coupling status indication to confirm good probe contact. The device cannot measure materials without parallel top and bottom surfaces.

Power and operating characteristics

The instrument runs on standard batteries housed inside the plastic case for portable operation. Auto-calibration and automatic zero reset simplify setup before each measurement session. The LCD readout provides clear values in normal ambient light without backlight glare.
