Questions about this item

How do I pack the 9.05 x 4.35 x 3.55 in case so the 20 cm rulers fit without bending?

Lay the rulers flat in the large-capacity storage layer first, then fill the 6 pencil slots and 2 mesh pockets around them; forcing them into the front big pocket or velcro pockets creases the Oxford cloth and jams the alloy zippers.

What part of the pencil case will wear out first and need replacing?

The alloy zipper teeth and slider see the most cycles; the Oxford cloth resists abrasion, but grit in the zipper track accelerates tooth wear, so brush the track monthly and lubricate with a dry PTFE spray to extend life.

At what load does the 9.05 x 4.35 x 3.55 in bag start to bulge and strain the seams?

The manufacturer rates capacity at 70-90 pens/pencils plus a 20 cm ruler, calculator and scissors; exceeding that volume stresses the stitching at the zipper ends and the velcro pocket attachments first.
