The Tether Tools Case Relay Camera Coupler CRCE8 fits the Canon 550D, 600D, 650D and 700D. It slides into the camera's LP-E8 battery compartment and connects to the separate Case Relay Camera Power System.

Replaces proprietary batteries

Instead of swapping multiple LP-E8 packs during long sessions, the coupler draws continuous power from any standard 5V USB source or AC adapter through the Case Relay CPS. The jump is worth it for time-lapse, photo-booth, video or extended LiveView work where battery changes interrupt the shoot.

Installation notes

Insert the coupler like a normal battery, then plug it into the Case Relay CPS and a 5V USB power bank or wall supply. The only common issue is forgetting that the CPS unit itself is sold separately, so the coupler cannot function on its own.
