Lightweight mummy sleeping bag

The Teton Sports LEEF 0F is a mummy-shaped sleeping bag built for one adult. It uses a polyester ripstop shell with micro fibre fill to provide warmth down to zero degrees Fahrenheit across three seasons. The bag compresses into the included sack for backpacking and hiking trips where pack space is limited.

Thermals and pack weight

Rated for zero degrees Fahrenheit, the bag uses micro fibre insulation inside a polyester ripstop shell to retain heat in cold conditions. At 2.34 kilograms it adds modest weight to a backpack while the compression sack reduces bulk. The zipper closure seals the mummy hood to limit heat loss around the head and shoulders.

Sustained cold-weather use

In extended sub-zero nights the mummy cut keeps the insulated volume close to the body so warmth is maintained hour after hour. The ripstop fabric resists abrasion from repeated ground contact and the zipper operates reliably through multiple cycles. The lifetime warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner.

Questions about this item

How do I pack the 2.34 kilogram bag into the included compression sack without damaging the Micro Fibre fill?

Loosen all drawstrings, stuff the bag foot-first into the sack, then tighten straps evenly; avoid rolling, which can crease the insulation.

When will the Micro Fibre insulation or Polyester Ripstop shell need replacement under regular 3-season use?

The Micro Fibre fill and Ripstop shell are built for long-term 3-season camping; follow care instructions to maximise lifespan.

At what temperature does the 0 Fahrenheit rating reach its limit during sustained overnight use?

The bag is rated to 0 Fahrenheit; prolonged exposure at or below that temperature will test the insulation’s limit first.
