  • 1-1/2 in. wide strap distributes load evenly

Secure tie-down for diverse loads

This black polyurethane bungee strap measures 24 inches unstretched and extends to 48 inches when pulled. It features stainless steel S-hooks at both ends for a firm grip. The 1-1/2 inch width and 3/16 inch thickness provide a sturdy hold for cargo on trucks, ATVs, motorcycles, and roof racks.

Stretch capacity and tension limits

The strap comfortably secures bundled PVC pipe, electrical extension cords, carpet rolls, and hydraulic hoses. It handles tarps, tents, and luggage on pickups, dollies, and RVs with reliable tension. Industrial grade projects and hospitality industry uses are supported, but the fixed 48 inch maximum stretch limits use on oversized loads requiring longer reach.

Polyurethane construction resists weathering

Unlike rubber cords, the polyurethane material resists cracking, UV damage, and temperature extremes for a longer service life outdoors. Stainless steel hooks prevent rust stains on paint or fabric. Buyers needing adjustable length or a softer stretch ratio for delicate items should consider alternative tie-down styles.

Questions about this item

Will the 24 inch polyurethane strap stretch safely around my existing steel cargo rack without damaging the rack surface?

The 24 inch polyurethane strap stretches to 48 inches and uses stainless steel S-hooks, which resist corrosion and reduce the risk of scratching metal racks during tensioning.

How can I confirm the 1-1/2 inch wide strap is seated correctly on a hydraulic hose bundle after installation?

Check that the strap sits flat across the bundle with both S-hooks fully engaged and the polyurethane body evenly tensioned to its 48 inch stretched length without twisting.

Does the package include the stainless steel S-hooks attached, or must I purchase hooks separately for my ATV tie-down points?

The S-hooks are integrated into the strap ends as supplied, so no separate hook purchase is required for ATV, truck, or motorcycle tie-down points.
