Dash-Mat Dashboard Cover

The Perfect Part Dash-Mat Dashboard Mat Dash Cover Carpet fits Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 models from 2002 to 2005. It is made from a black polyester pad that lies over the original dashboard surface. The cover is designed to protect the dash from ultraviolet rays that can cause cracks and warping over time. It comes new and ready to install.

Polyester Pad Protection

The polyester material provides a barrier against sun exposure across the full dashboard area. It handles daily UV exposure and reduces glare that can affect driver visibility. The cover runs out of protection if the dash has already developed deep cracks or severe warping that prevent the mat from lying flat. It does not repair existing damage.

Fitment Limits

The cover is cut specifically for the 2002 2003 2004 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and the 2003 2004 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 dashboards. It will not align with earlier or later model years or with other vehicle makes. Buyers who need coverage for a different truck generation or a dashboard with non-standard cutouts cannot use this mat. The package includes one dashboard cover weighing approximately 12 units.

Questions about this item

Will the dash cover fit around the existing defroster vents and speaker grilles on my 2004 Ram 1500?

The cover is cut to match the 2002-2005 Dodge Ram 1500 2500 3500 dashboard layout, so defroster vents and speaker openings align with the factory positions.

How can I verify the cover is lying flat and not blocking the windshield view after installation?

Once placed, the black polyester pad should sit flush against the dash with no wrinkles; the front edge must stay below the windshield sight line and the defroster outlets must remain fully open.

Does the package include adhesive strips or Velcro tabs, or do I need to buy them separately?

The box contains only the dash cover itself; any attachment method such as hook-and-loop fasteners or dashboard adhesive must be purchased separately.
