Purple Gear Shift Hoodie Cover

The Perfect Part Gear Shift Cover Mini Hoodie is a universal-fit accessory that slips over a vehicle shifter knob. Made from plush nylon, it provides a soft, comfortable grip for daily driving. The purple cover measures 4" x 7" and is machine-washable for easy upkeep. It arrives new and ready to install.

Suits drivers wanting a cosy shifter feel

This cover suits motorists who prefer a cushioned, fabric-wrapped shift knob and a pop of colour in the cabin. The universal design fits shifters roughly 4 to 5 inches tall. Buyers who need a leather or carbon-fibre finish, or who require a model-specific contoured fit, should look at something else.

Deciding spec: 4" x 7" universal nylon sleeve

The critical specification is the 4" x 7" nylon sleeve that stretches over knobs on shifters between 4 and 5 inches tall. If your shifter falls outside that height range the cover will not seat securely. Confirm the shifter height before purchase to ensure proper fit.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 4" x 7" nylon hoodie cover on my shifter, and what step do people get wrong?

Slide the cover over a clean, dry knob that is 4 to 5 inches tall; the common mistake is forcing it onto a taller or wider knob, which stretches the nylon and loosens the fit.

What maintenance will the purple nylon cover need later?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then air dry; the fabric is washing-machine safe and requires no special treatment beyond regular cleaning.

What limit shows up first when the cover is used daily in a hot cabin?

Prolonged heat and UV exposure can fade the purple dye and reduce the nylon's elasticity before the material itself wears through.
