Hinged Knee Brace with Open Patella

The Perfect Part hinged knee brace delivers medial and lateral stabilization through dual-side hinges and a patella gel pad. Breathable performance fabric with certified rubber components keeps the joint cool, while an open-back cut reduces heat build-up and bunching during extended wear.

Suits users needing adjustable side support

This brace fits left or right knees in a unisex XL size and can be worn day or night as advised. Buyers who require a different size, a non-hinged sleeve, or a rigid frame orthosis should look at other options.

Dual-side hinges with removable design

Hinges on both sides of the joint can be taken out to stage support levels as recovery progresses. Hook-and-loop straps at the top and bottom plus an anti-slip lining hold the wrap securely in place. The package weighs approximately 13 units.

Questions about this item

Do I need any extra tools to adjust the dual-side hinges and hook-and-loop straps?

No tools are required; the hinges and straps are hand-adjustable for staged support.

Can I wear this XL brace over a thin compression sleeve I already own?

Yes, the wrap design and anti-slip lining allow layering over a light sleeve.

How can I confirm the patella gel pad is seated correctly after putting it on?

The open-patella window should centre on your kneecap with the gel pad contacting it directly.
