120x20mm Pro thermal pad 2-pack
This two-pack supplies a pair of 120 by 20 millimetre thermal pads cut to 1.0 millimetre thickness. They are built for SSDs, GPU coolers, graphics card water blocks and voltage-regulator or memory modules that need a thin, uniform interface. Electrically non-conductive material prevents shorts on exposed circuitry.
Pro-grade conductivity and compressibility
The Pro series targets outstanding thermal conductivity with exceptional compressibility so the pad conforms tightly to uneven surfaces under normal mounting pressure. Grey silicone-based compound fills microscopic gaps without pumping out over time. No electrical conduction means safe direct contact with PCB components.
Fits tight SSD and VRM gaps
Each 120 by 20 millimetre strip slides into narrow M.2 slots, between memory chips or along GPU voltage-regulator rows where thicker pads would not seat. The 1.0 millimetre profile clears low-profile heatsinks and backplates while still delivering Pro-level heat transfer. Two pieces cover multiple zones or spare replacements.

Questions about this item
How do I install the 120 x 20 mm Minus Pad Pro on an SSD, and what step is often missed?
Clean both surfaces, peel the protective film, place the 1.0 mm grey pad flat on the component, then press the heatsink down evenly so the pad compresses without trapping air bubbles.
When will the Minus Pad Pro need replacement in a GPU cooler?
The electrically non-conductive pad has no fixed service interval; replace it only when you disassemble the cooler or if temperatures rise noticeably after years of continuous operation.
What is the first thermal limit reached by the 1.0 mm pad during sustained heavy loads?
The pad transfers heat until the attached heatsink or airflow becomes the bottleneck; its own conductivity stays constant while the cooling assembly saturates.
