Argent MB1 RGB bungee for gamers

The Thermaltake Argent MB1 RGB is a mouse bungee built for players who want cable control and lighting in one compact unit. Its water-drop silhouette houses a weighted core and a non-slip rubberised base that keep the device steady during fast swipes. The flexible rubber head grips cables of varying thickness without adding drag. Space Grey finish matches the Argent family aesthetic.

Eight lighting effects via TT RGB Plus

Underglow LEDs produce 16.8 million colours across eight preset dynamic effects that can be cycled or synchronised through the TT RGB Plus software ecosystem. A gold-plated USB connector ensures reliable power and data delivery for the lighting controller. No extra drivers are required beyond the Thermaltake suite. The illumination adds a halo accent without needing a separate LED strip.

150 g weighted base anchors the bungee

At 150 g the unit resists sliding even on low-friction desk surfaces, while the 69.5 x 69.5 x 56.9 mm footprint fits tight corners. Buyers who need a powered USB hub or pass-through ports should look elsewhere because the single USB link only feeds the RGB system. The bungee suits wired mice with standard braided or rubber cords.

Questions about this item

Will the rubber cable holder need replacing after heavy use?

The rubber head stretches to fit different cable thicknesses and is built into the bungee, so no separate replacement part is sold.

What stops it sliding when I make fast swipes all day?

A 150 g internal weight and a non-slip rubberised base keep the 69.5 mm square footprint planted on the desk.

Does the RGB underglow add noticeable heat or power draw during long sessions?

It draws power from a standard gold-plated USB port and uses low-voltage LEDs, so extra heat is negligible.
