10-19 Inch Laptop Cooling Pad

The Thermaltake Massive 20 RGB is a laptop cooling pad built for notebooks between 10 and 19 inches. It uses a steel mesh surface and a single 200mm fan to move air through the chassis. RGB LED lighting with 256 colours and five preset modes adds visual customisation. Power is drawn from a laptop USB port rated at 1.2A.

Sustained Load Airflow Behaviour

The 200mm fan runs between 600 and 800 RPM, delivering 64 CFM of airflow across the mesh panel. Speed is adjusted manually via a built-in knob rather than an automatic curve. The large diameter allows high volume at low rotational speed, keeping acoustic output low during extended sessions. Steel mesh construction avoids the airflow restriction common with solid plastic tops.

Installation And Common Issues

The pad rests on a flat surface and connects by a single USB cable; no drivers or software are required. Three fixed height stops at 3°, 9° and 13° let the user choose a typing angle. The unit weighs 3.35 lb and measures 18.54 x 13.96 x 1.83 inches, so it needs desk space. Buyers who want automatic fan control or a slimmer profile for travel should look elsewhere.
