Direct thermal label roll

This roll supplies 80 gsm diamond-pattern adhesive paper for direct thermal printers. Each roll measures 3125 mm by 170 mm on a 325 mm core. The case contains 32 rolls priced per roll.

Sustained print runs

The long roll length supports extended batch printing without frequent changeovers. Direct thermal media requires no ribbon, reducing consumable handling during high-volume sessions. Heat-sensitive coating darkens cleanly under continuous printer operation. Not suited for buyers who need ribbon-based thermal transfer durability.

What printer specifications are required to use these 3125 mm × 170 mm rolls with a 325 mm outside diameter and 32 rolls per case?

The printer must support direct thermal printing on 170 mm wide media, accommodate a roll up to 325 mm outside diameter, and accept a 1-inch core spindle.
