Metal housing and plug-and-play setup

The compact metal chassis provides sturdy protection for continuous operation in varied environments. A built-in power adapter removes the need for an external brick, while LED indicators show PoE status and link activity on every port for quick troubleshooting.

30W per port and 250W total PoE budget

Each PoE+ port supplies up to 30 W under the IEEE 802.3af/at standard, with a combined budget of 250 W across all 24 ports. Devices requiring passive 24 V PoE are not supported, so verify compatibility before connecting legacy hardware.

Questions about this item

What does the IEEE 802.3af/at standard cap per-port PoE power at on this switch?

Each of the 24 PoE+ ports can deliver up to 30 W, limited by the 802.3at ceiling built into the hardware.

What physical mounting options does the compact metal housing provide?

The chassis has integral mounting ears for a standard rack and keyhole slots for wall mounting; no extra brackets are required.

What is the one plug-and-play step installers often miss with the built-in power supply?

Connect the AC cord and power on the switch before plugging in any PoE devices so the 300 W budget initialises correctly.
