The THMOOTHER 1707 kit supplies ten 6.56 ft anodized 6063 aluminum channels with milky PC diffuser covers, stainless steel clips, screws and end caps. It is built for indoor linear lighting projects that need a clean, low-profile finish on cabinets, stairs, counters or walls.

Surface-Mount Heat Management

Each 17 x 7.5 mm U-channel mounts flush with included countersunk hardware on wood, drywall or similar surfaces. The aluminum extrusion draws heat away from LED tape under 12.4 mm wide, while the diffuser cover softens hotspots and shields strips from dust and incidental splashes.

Cut-to-Fit Corner System

Channels cut with a hacksaw and covers trim with scissors; 45° miters create 90° corners using the supplied brackets and clips. The kit replaces bare tape mounting for 2835, 5050 and 5630 single-color, RGB, RGBW and addressable strips — not for Hue 2nd generation tape.
