Connector for 1/0 AWG copper wire

This ABB compression lug accepts stranded copper conductors up to 1/0 AWG with a 1/4 in stud hole. The pink colour code matches die code 42 for correct crimp tooling. A straight barrel and tin-plated copper body provide a reliable electrical joint rated to 35 kV. UL listed under file E9809 and CSA certified for code compliance.

Installers needing a single-hole straight lug

Electricians terminating 1/0 AWG copper in panels or equipment will find the short barrel and inspection hole convenient. The connector is not suited for aluminium conductors, multi-hole patterns or angled tongue requirements. Buyers who need a larger stud size or a long-barrel design should select a different lug.

1/4 in stud size fixes the bolt pattern

The single hole is spaced for a 1/4 in fastener, so the lug only fits that stud diameter. Tongue width measures .7 in and barrel outside diameter is .52 in for reference. Verify the stud size before ordering because no other hole pattern is offered.
