Aluminum body with 5/16 in stud hole and socket head

The lug body is machined from aluminum and measures 1.050 in overall length with a 1 in by 1 in tongue that is 0.25 in thick. A single 0.31 in diameter hole fits a 5/16 in stud, and the socket head style means the installer drives the set screw directly without a separate bolt head. One conductor and one termination per lug keep the connection simple and inspectable in cable trays, switchgear or transformer vaults.

Rated 194 °F maximum operating temperature

Aluminum construction dissipates heat from the conductor interface while the mechanical set-screw clamp maintains contact pressure through thermal cycling.
