STA-KON 10RC-10 Ring Terminal

The STA-KON 10RC-10 is a vinyl-insulated ring terminal designed for 10 AWG copper conductors. It suits installers who need a secure crimp connection on a #10 stud. The yellow colour code matches the wire gauge for quick identification. It is not intended for wires larger than 10 AWG or smaller than 12 AWG.

Capacity and stud fit

The terminal accepts wire sizes from 12 AWG up to 10 AWG with a brazed serrated barrel 0.63 in long. The tongue width is 0.31 in and the hole spacing is 0.27 in to fit a #10 stud. Tin-plated copper contacts provide corrosion resistance. The vinyl insulation is rated to 221 degrees F and 600 V maximum.

Crimp tool and voltage limits

A proper crimp tool matched to the barrel style is required for a reliable termination. The 600 V rating sets the upper limit for the circuit voltage.
