Floating pool light kit

The Thomasville Lighting Cokhurs kit supplies two rechargeable floating lights for pools, ponds or hot tubs. Each unit carries an IP68 waterproof rating and a 1200 mAh battery charged via USB-C. The lights are designed for decorative illumination in wet environments and are sold as a pair.

Battery capacity and runtime

A full charge takes two to three hours and then powers the light for four to eight hours depending on the selected mode. The 1200 mAh cell provides enough energy for an evening event but will not last through an all-night party without recharging. Users should plan charging intervals around the expected duration of use.

IP68 waterproof limit

The IP68 rating confirms protection against continuous immersion in water under conditions defined by the manufacturer. It does not guarantee suitability for pressurised jets, chemical-heavy spa water or permanent submersion beyond the tested depth. Buyers who need certified safety lighting or continuous overnight operation should look for mains-powered alternatives.

Questions about this item

Will the 1200 mAh battery still last 4-8 hours if I also run an older LED fountain pump on the same USB charger?

Each light runs 4-8 hours on its own charge; the USB-C cable only recharges the internal 1200 mAh cell and does not power other devices.

How can I confirm the IP68 seal is intact after the first charge?

Submerge the light; if no water enters the acrylic housing and the RGB modes still cycle through 3 dynamic and 8 static patterns, the seal is holding.

Does the 2-pack include two USB-C cables or only one that I must share?

The kit contains two floating lights and one USB-C charging cable; a second cable is not supplied.
