Smart Recessed Light Kit

This two-pack provides six-inch smart LED downlights with a tunable white range from 2700K to 6000K and an integrated night-light mode. Each unit draws 15 watts at 120 volts and installs without a can using the supplied junction box. The slim profile suits flush-mount ceilings in indoor spaces.

App and Voice Control

A remote control is included, while the Sunco Smart Lighting app adds smartphone operation and grouping of individual fixtures. Integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant enables voice commands for dimming, power and colour changes. The RGB colour wheel in the app is only active when the night-light mode is selected.

Suited Buyers and Limits

The kit fits homeowners who want adjustable white light plus a coloured night-light in a single canless fixture. Buyers who need higher lumen output than 1100 lumens, a colour rendering index above 90, or outdoor-rated housings should look at other products.

Questions about this item

How often will the LED modules in the 15W recessed lights need replacing under normal use?

The LED modules are integrated and rated for long life; no user-replaceable bulb is included, so the fixture itself is designed to last through the 7-year protection period.

What thermal limit triggers first when the 15W lights run continuously at full brightness?

The integrated driver manages heat to maintain output; sustained operation at 15W stays within the design limits of the aluminium housing and acrylic diffuser.

How much heat and fan noise do the 15W canless fixtures produce when left on all day?

The lights run silently with no fan; the aluminium housing dissipates heat from the 15W LEDs, keeping surface temperatures low enough for IC-rated contact with insulation.
