2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Only Connectivity

The single specification that determines compatibility is the wireless requirement: the smart features operate exclusively on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. A 5 GHz network will not connect, so the router must broadcast a 2.4 GHz band for app control, voice assistants, and scheduling functions to work.

Plug-In Installation With Surface Prep
