Five-Pack Wireless Cabinet Lights

The Thomasville Lighting LY-23 kit supplies five battery-powered LED bars that mount magnetically or with adhesive iron sheets. Each unit produces a warm 3000K glow and includes a remote for mode selection, dimming and timer settings. The set suits renters and homeowners who want under-cabinet, closet or stair lighting without wiring.

Motion-Activated Endurance

A 2400mAh cell runs each bar for up to 12 hours at full brightness in Always-On mode or 745 days in Auto mode depending on trigger frequency. Motion detection covers 10 ft and 120°, switching off after 20 seconds of inactivity. The memory function restores the last brightness and mode after every cycle.

Upgrade From Battery Pucks

This kit replaces disposable-battery puck lights that lack dimming, timers or remote control. The jump is worth it when you need stepless 20–100% dimming, 15–120 minute timers and a 0.53-inch profile that fits tight shelves. Buyers who need water-resistant fixtures or hardwired reliability should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How much heat or power does the 1 watt LED draw during all-day use?

Each light uses 1 watt at 5 volts; the 2400 mAh battery runs up to 12 hours in Always-On mode at full brightness.

What must I already own to recharge the 2400 mAh battery?

A USB power source with a standard 5 volt output — the kit includes lights, remote, adhesive iron sheets and manual only.

Will the 120° motion sensor still trigger if I keep older under-cabinet fixtures nearby?

Yes — the sensor detects movement within 10 ft and 120° independently; existing lights do not interfere with its auto on/off function.
