Purpose and audience

The Thomasville Lighting Pak-CL107 kit supplies five 8-inch LED bars for under-cabinet, closet or countertop use. Each bar holds 41 LEDs that emit 6500 K daylight white light and runs from an internal 1100 mAh rechargeable battery. The set suits renters, campers or anyone who wants cordless task lighting without wiring.

Sustained operation

In Always-ON mode the lights deliver maximum brightness for about four hours per charge. When the motion sensor is active the same battery can last up to 60 days depending on trigger frequency. Stepless dimming from 10 % to 100 % lets users lower output to extend runtime between USB-C recharges.

Installation notes

Each fixture mounts with an adhesive-backed iron plate so no tools are required; the magnetic connection allows quick removal for charging. The units are not water resistant, so outdoor use must be sheltered. The 120° motion sensor detects movement up to 13 feet, and the auto-off timer is fixed at 20 seconds with no user adjustment.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 1 watt LED produce when left on all day?

At 1 watt the LED generates very little heat; the aluminium body stays cool to the touch even after hours of continuous use.

What must I already have to charge the 1100 mAh battery?

You need a USB power source with a Type-C port — such as a phone charger, power bank or computer — to plug in the supplied cable.

Will the 120° motion sensor still trigger if I keep my older cabinet hinges?

Yes, the sensor detects movement within a 13-foot range and 120° angle regardless of the hinge type, so existing hardware does not affect it.
