Thomasville Magnetic LED Light Bar

The Thomasville Lighting YZYK350-BK01 is a rechargeable magnetic LED light bar designed for wireless under-cabinet and accent lighting. It delivers up to 300 lumens from 70 LED beads with three selectable colour temperatures of 3000K, 4500K and 6000K. A 4000mAh battery provides 10 to 60 hours of runtime depending on brightness level. The kit includes a remote control, magnetic base, adhesive snaps and screws for versatile mounting.

Upgrade From Wired Or Battery Puck Lights

This kit replaces plug-in strips or disposable-battery puck lights that lack dimming or colour-temperature control. The jump is worth it when you need 300lm output with 3000K, 4500K and 6000K settings, a 4000mAh cell lasting up to 60 hours, and magnetic mounting on a 37cm bar. It also adds a remote with 15, 30 and 60 minute timer presets and a memory function that recalls the last setting.

Suits Renters And Temporary Installs

Ideal for renters, closet shelves, mirrors and kitchen cabinets where wiring is impractical and a 37cm magnetic or adhesive mount is preferred. Not suited for buyers who need continuous mains power, weatherproof outdoor ratings, motion-activated operation, or fixtures longer than 37 centimetres.

Questions about this item

How thick is the 37 cm light bar so I know if it clears my cabinet lip?

The unit measures 37 L x 6 W x 5 H centimeters and weighs .358 kilograms, so it needs roughly 5 cm of vertical clearance under the cabinet.

Which step do people skip when they switch from the magnetic mount to the screw mount?

They often forget to remove the magnetic base from the light bar before screwing the base to the wall, leaving the bar loose.

When will the 4000 mAh battery need replacing and how is it done?

The sealed 4000 mAh battery is not user-replaceable; after its cycle life ends the entire light bar is replaced.
