Timken 4-Bolt Flange Bearing Ball Insert 2" Bore SCJ 2

Flange Bearing Purpose

The Timken four-bolt flange bearing mounts a rotating shaft to a flat surface while supporting radial and axial loads. It is intended for maintenance teams and machinery builders who need a replaceable ball-bearing insert with a two-inch bore diameter.

Capacity And Headroom

The unit accommodates a two-inch shaft and distributes load through its ball-bearing insert and four-bolt flange pattern. It runs out when shaft diameter, load magnitude or misalignment exceed the bearing’s rated limits, requiring a larger bore or heavier-duty housing.

Standard Interface Limits

The bearing follows common four-bolt flange mounting dimensions used in industrial power-transmission applications. First listed by the manufacturer on March 10, 2019, it fits existing bolt patterns but cannot adapt to non-standard hole spacing or shaft sizes without modification.
