A cast-iron four-bolt flange bearing with a 1 7/8 in bore and double-sealed radial ball insert rated to 3,675 RPM and 200 °F
This new Timken RCJ 1 7/8 4-Bolt Flange Bearing arrives as a collectible piece of industrial heritage. It displays the genuine gray cast-iron housing and alloy-steel radial ball insert used in power-transmission equipment. Collectors of vintage machinery parts or brand memorabilia receive a factory-fresh example with double-sealed closure and fixed expansion type.
The bearing is rated for a maximum speed of 3,675 RPM and functions across a temperature range of -65 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes pre-filled with NLGI #2 equivalent lubricant, so no initial greasing is required. The double-sealed design retains lubricant and excludes contaminants during normal operation.
The package includes the specific G1114KRRB bearing insert, which matches the 1 7/8 inch cylindrical bore and alloy-steel construction. This insert is the direct replacement component for the RCJ housing, ensuring the collectible remains mechanically complete. No additional adapters, mounting hardware or software are supplied.

Drill four holes matching the 4 23/64 in height pattern, align the square cast-iron housing, insert bolts through the flange, and torque evenly; the step often missed is checking shaft alignment before final tightening.
Re-lubricate via the housing fitting every 2 000 to 4 000 operating hours or per your maintenance schedule; the double seals retain grease but periodic replenishment prevents premature wear.
The 3 675 RPM ceiling is reached first in high-speed applications; sustained operation above this speed generates heat that will then hit the 200 °F thermal limit.
