How can I confirm the Timoom keyboard case is paired and working after setup?

After sliding the power button, the power LED flashes then turns off for power saving. Press FN + C to enter pairing mode; the Bluetooth indicator blinks. On the iPad, select the keyboard in Settings > Bluetooth. If a PIN appears, type it on the keyboard and press Enter. The Bluetooth light shuts off once connected successfully.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The package includes one Bluetooth keyboard, one tablet case, a USB cable and a user manual. The Apple Pencil is not included and must be purchased separately.
