Questions about this item

What must I already own for the trackpad and mouse to function?

You need an iPad mini 6 (2021) or iPad mini 7 (2024) running iOS 13.0 or later, with AssistiveTouch enabled in Accessibility for the trackpad.

Will the 2.4 GHz mouse dongle work alongside my older USB-A laptop?

Yes, the dual-mode mouse supports 2.4G wireless for legacy computers and Bluetooth for the iPad, switching between them without extra drivers.
