Digital Gamebook Adventure

The Warlock of Firetop Mountain brings the classic Fighting Fantasy gamebook to PC through the Gamebook Adventures engine. You guide a swordsman through cavernous depths hunting a Warlock's treasure, testing Skill, Stamina and Luck across branching narrative paths. This downloadable title requires the base Fighting Fantasy Classics game on Steam to run.

Adjustable Difficulty and Mapping

Playthroughs scale from forgiving to brutal, with a Free Read mode that removes failure states entirely. An automatic map logs every corridor visited across sessions, while unlimited bookmarks let you retry pivotal choices without restarting. Original artwork by Russ Nicholson unlocks in a collectable gallery as you explore.

DLC Expansion for Existing Owners

This content adds a single, self-contained adventure to the Fighting Fantasy Classics library. It suits players who already own the base collection and want more gamebook conversions. Buyers without the base game cannot launch this title, and those seeking action combat or multiplayer will not find them here.
