Compact Stool for Lightweight Outdoor Use

The TJSTJS Camping Stool weighs 1.5 lbs and folds into a 4.9 x 11.2 in pouch that fits inside a backpack. It serves hikers, anglers and gardeners who need a seat that adds almost no bulk to their kit. The integrated bag design removes the need for a separate carry sack.

Steel Frame Holds 330 lb Through Extended Sessions

A powder-coated steel frame with enhanced centre support and a webbing system sustains a 330 lb load without flexing over long periods. The 16 in seat height and 16.5 x 14.6 in seat area distribute weight evenly so pressure points stay low during concerts, fishing trips or all-day gardening.

No-Assembly Aluminium Build

Aluminium construction resists corrosion while keeping mass low, and the stool arrives fully assembled. Elasticated cords snap the legs into position the moment the zip opens, so the seat is ready in seconds. The folded pouch doubles as the only storage piece required.

Questions about this item

Does the 1.5 lb stool feel stable on uneven ground after hours of sitting?

The powder-coated steel frame with enhanced center support and webbing system is rated to hold 330 lbs, giving a firm base on most surfaces.

What must I already have to use this stool right out of the box?

Nothing extra — the legs are linked by elastic cord and auto-assemble when you unzip and unfold the 4.9" x 11.2" packed unit.

Will the 16.5" x 14.6" seat fit an older adult who usually needs a higher chair?

The seat height is 16 inches, which suits many adults, but the supplier notes it is not suitable for obese people.
