The 16:9 panel displays 800 by 400 pixels while accepting 1920 by 1080 input signals. Centre-marker, underscan and frame-view aids help with composition and focus.

Mounting and power flexibility

A supplied sun shade keeps the 450 cd/m² screen readable in direct sunlight, and the 120 by 140 degree viewing angle allows several people to monitor simultaneously. Power enters through a DC 2.1 mm jack or a four-pin XLR connector at 12 volts, drawing under eight watts. An F-970 battery plate on the rear accepts Sony DV-series packs so the unit can run without cables. Multiple mounting points let you position the monitor at different angles on rigs or stands.
