90-Inch Blackout Linen Drapes

These pinch-pleated drapes measure 90 inches long by 40 inches wide per panel and come as a two-panel set. The fabric blends 30 percent linen with 70 percent polyester and carries a blackout coating plus interlining. They suit bedrooms, nurseries, living rooms or dining rooms where total darkness and privacy are required. Adjustable hooks allow a one-inch height shift.

Thermal and Acoustic Behaviour

The double-layer construction blocks 100 percent of incoming light and ultraviolet rays while reducing heat transfer and dampening sound. The heavy lined fabric maintains a stable room temperature through summer and winter without relying on a short-term burst of insulation. Machine-washable care preserves the coating through repeated cold-water cycles.

40-Inch Panel Width Coverage

Each panel spans 40 inches, so the pair covers windows from roughly 36 to 48 inches with standard fullness or up to 60 to 91 inches when stretched. Buyers needing a single wider panel or a different length will need another solution. The set includes 18 adjustable hooks and 16 metal rings for four hanging methods.

Questions about this item

How much noise reduction do the double-layer linen drapes provide when they are closed all day?

The heavy double-layer fabric with blackout coating and interlining is designed for sound insulation and very good noise reduction alongside thermal insulation and complete darkness.

What hardware must I already have to hang these 40-inch-wide panels using the included 18 hooks and 16 metal rings?

You need a curtain rod, track system or suitable mounting hardware for ring hooks, clip rings or back tabs; the package supplies only the hooks and rings.

Will the 30% linen, 70% polyester fabric with pinch pleats work on an older traverse rod that uses traditional carriers?

The drapes offer four hanging options including track systems and back tabs, so they can be adapted to many existing rods with the supplied adjustable hooks and rings.
