Weekly Time Cards for Payroll Systems

TOPS 1255 weekly time cards are designed for mechanical clock machines such as Cincinnati and Simplex. Each box contains 500 one-sided cards printed in green on 143 lb. manila tag stock measuring 3.50 x 10.50 inches. They provide a direct replacement for OEM-furnished supplies used in traditional payroll processing.

Who Should Use These Cards

Businesses operating weekly payroll cycles with compatible mechanical time clocks will find these cards match the required dimensions and card weight. Offices that have switched to digital or biometric systems, or those needing double-sided cards for different shift tracking, will not be able to use this specific format.

Critical Specification: Sheet Size

The 3.50 by 10.50 inch dimensions determine whether these cards fit the time clock mechanism. If the machine requires a different width, length, or card thickness, the cards will not align or punch correctly. Verify the exact measurements against the equipment manual before ordering.
