Indoor desk lamp with E26 base

This TORCHSTAR desk lamp is designed for indoor reading, study and work tasks. It accepts E26 or E27 base bulbs such as A19 or G25 types up to 40 watts. The weighted base and solid metal construction keep the fixture stable on a desk or table.

Clamp or base mounting with spring-balanced arm

The lamp ships with a c-clamp that fits surfaces up to 2 inches thick, allowing vertical or horizontal mounting. A spring-balanced arm extends up to 18 inches and the base and shade rotate for positioning. Loosen the base locking screw before moving the arm; forcing it while tightened can damage the base.

40 watt maximum with E26/E27 socket

The fixture supports a maximum of 40 watts and is compatible with E26 and E27 bases only. Recommended bulbs include A19 and G25 shapes; other bulb models are not recommended and may cause suboptimal lighting or unstable performance. The unit includes a 55 inch power cord and an on/off rocker switch.

Questions about this item

How do I know the swing arm and shade are moving correctly after I clamp the lamp to my desk?

Loosen the base locking screw, hold the base firmly, gently position the arm and shade, then retighten the screw; smooth movement without forcing confirms proper operation.

Does the package include a bulb or must I buy one separately?

The lamp ships without a bulb; you need to purchase an A19 or G25 E26/E27 bulb separately.

Which of the recommended A15 or G16.5 LED bulbs should I choose for this lamp?

Choose the 5.5 W A15 LED at 3000 K for warm white, 5000 K for daylight, or the 5.5 W G16.5 LED at 2700 K for soft white; all fit the E26 base and run on 120 V.
