Toughstripe Floor Marking Tape 100 ft

This Brady 104318 floor marking tape comes in a continuous 100 ft roll with a 2 in width. The striped red and white polyester material is 0.008 in thick. It performs across a temperature range of 0 to 130 degrees F and does not glow in the dark. The die-cut continuous roll suits industrial floor marking needs.

Suited for durable hazard marking

Facilities managers marking aisles, hazardous zones or emergency routes will find the polyester construction and temperature tolerance appropriate. The tape lacks glow-in-the-dark properties, so buyers needing low-light visibility should consider other options. It is restricted from sale in certain states, which may limit availability for some locations.

Continuous roll simplifies installation

The continuous die-cut roll allows users to cut exact lengths without handling individual pieces. This reduces waste and speeds up application on long aisles or large areas. No additional accessories or software are included with the tape itself.

Questions about this item

What surface preparation is needed before applying the 2 in wide polyester tape?

The floor must be clean, dry and free of oil or dust so the adhesive on the 0.008 in thick polyester bonds properly.

Can the tape remain visible next to older photoluminescent markings that glow in the dark?

This tape has no glow-in-the-dark property, so it will not illuminate alongside photoluminescent strips when lights fail.

How can I confirm the tape is performing within its rated temperature range after installation?

The material is rated from 0 to 130 degrees F; if edges stay bonded and colours do not fade in that span, it is working as intended.
