12-inch RGBIC ceiling light for smart homes

The TP-LINK H60A1 is a flush-mount ceiling fixture that combines a tunable-white main panel with an RGBIC backlight ring. It delivers up to 2400 lumens across a 2200K to 6500K colour-temperature range and 16 million colours. The fixture connects over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and supports Matter, Alexa and Google Assistant for voice or app control. It is intended for indoor residential spaces such as bedrooms and living rooms.

2400 lumens with separate main and backlight zones

The single specification that determines fit is the dual-zone output: the main light provides adjustable white from 2200K to 6500K at up to 2400 lumens, while the backlight uses RGBIC LEDs for segmented colour effects. Both zones share the same power draw of 24 watts at 240 volts AC. Buyers who need a single unified white source without a coloured backlight, or who require compatibility with external dimmer switches, should look elsewhere.

Matter, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enable app and voice

The bundled instruction manual is the only physical accessory. All advanced features — 71 preset scene modes, music synchronisation, circadian rhythm scheduling, timer automation and group control with other Govee devices — are delivered through the Govee Home App via the Matter, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi radios. No separate hub, remote control or additional hardware is included.

Questions about this item

How bright is the 2400 lumen output in a typical room?

The main panel reaches 2400 lumens at 100 % brightness, enough to serve as the primary ceiling light for a 12-inch fixture in a bedroom or living area.

What does Matter support add to the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection?

Matter lets the fixture join any Matter-compatible smart-home platform without a proprietary hub, while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth handle local control and firmware updates.

Will the 12-inch diameter and 1.18-inch depth fit a standard ceiling box?

The round housing measures 12 inches across and 1.18 inches deep, so it mounts flush to a standard junction box with the included hardware.
