Managed L2+ switch with 24 PoE+ ports at 384 W and four 10 Gbps SFP+ uplinks
The TL-SG3428XMP delivers 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports with PoE+ support and four 10 Gbps SFP+ uplinks. It provides a 384 W power budget for access points, IP cameras or VoIP phones. The switch runs Layer 2 management features and integrates with the Omada SDN platform for centralised control.
The single specification that determines suitability is the 384 W total PoE+ power budget. Each connected powered device draws from this pool, so the number of ports you can actually use for PoE depends on the per-device wattage. Exceeding the budget will cause ports to shut down or devices to fail.
The 1.70" x 17.30" x 13.00" desktop format fits a standard 1U rack space and requires a 110 V 60 Hz supply. Four 10 Gbps SFP+ slots provide high-speed uplinks to core switches or servers without using RJ45 ports. No PoE pass-through or additional power outputs are included.

The switch can deliver up to 384 W total to connected PoE+ devices, so each of the 24 RJ45 ports can supply up to 30 W while the overall sum stays within that budget.
Each SFP+ slot operates at 10 Gbps, giving four independent 10 Gbps uplinks for high-bandwidth aggregation or stacking.
The unit measures 1.70 inches high, 17.30 inches wide and 13.00 inches deep, matching a 1U rack-mount profile.
