Simple USB Setup on Windows, Mac or Linux

Connect the built-in USB cable, download the driver and print with one click. The printer is compatible with major shipping and e-commerce platforms including FedEx, USPS, DHL, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Shopify. Chromebooks are not supported, so buyers using Chrome OS will need another solution.

Check OS and Label Width Before Buying

Verify that your computer runs Windows, macOS or Linux and that you have a free USB port. Confirm your labels fall within the 2 to 4.65 inch width range and are direct thermal media. The compact design includes an internal power adapter, so no external brick is needed.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the printer is operating correctly after the initial driver installation?

Send a test label from Windows, Mac or Linux; the automatic detection should align the label and the output should appear at up to 150mm/s with sharp barcodes and QR codes.

What ships in the box and what must I supply myself?

The package includes the printer unit with its built-in adapter and a USB cable; you will need to provide direct thermal label rolls or fanfold labels between 2" and 4.65" wide.

Which label width should I select for standard 4x6 shipping labels?

Choose 4" wide rolls — they fall within the supported 2" to 4.65" range and match the common 4x6 format used by Amazon, eBay, Shopify, FedEx and other platforms.
