Mini Cat Paw GPS Tracker

The Traditions CTR-1 is a compact Bluetooth locator designed for pet owners who want to keep tabs on a small dog or cat. It attaches to a collar and pairs with the Kindelf or iSearching app on iOS and Android 4.3 or higher to show the last known position on a map.

10 m range and 10-month standby

The device uses wireless 5.0 to communicate up to 10 metres from the phone. A CR20328 coin cell provides over 10 months of standby time before replacement. Beyond that range the tracker cannot relay a live position, and it has no cellular or satellite module for wide-area tracking.

Collar-ready ABS tag with separation alerts

The blue ABS housing measures about 4 by 4.2 by 1 cm and weighs very little, so it suits small-breed collars without adding bulk. The app sends a two-way separation alarm when the link drops, and a double-press on the tag makes the phone beep to help find the handset. No monthly subscription is required.

Questions about this item

Will the 10 m wireless range reach a collar from inside my house?

The working distance is 10 meters in open space; walls and furniture will reduce the practical range, so test the link at your usual indoor distances after pairing.

How do I verify the tracker is communicating with the app after setup?

Open the Kindelf or iSearching app; a connected status and a live map pin confirm the link, and double-tapping the in-app button should make the tag beep.

Does the package include the CR20328 battery and is anything else needed?

The CR20328 cell is supplied inside the tracker; only a smartphone running iOS or Android 4.3 or higher with the free app is required to start tracking.
