Questions about this item

How do I install the Grip Case on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and align it for MagSafe charging?

Snap the case onto the phone starting at the top corners, then press the sides down; the built-in magnetic ring automatically aligns with the iPhone 13 Pro Max MagSafe charger.

When will the anti-slip ridges or scratch-resistant finish need replacement?

The multidirectional ridges and scratch-resistant coating are moulded into the case material and do not wear out separately; replace the whole case only if it cracks after a severe impact.

What is the first protection limit reached during repeated drops?

The Impact Struts technology is rated for 14ft drop protection; beyond that height the case may no longer prevent damage to the iPhone 13 Pro Max or iPhone 12 Pro Max.
