Five blank cases for iPhone 14

This five-pack supplies blank sublimation cases that fit the iPhone 14 with a 6.1 inch display. Each case includes a coated aluminium insert ready for heat transfer. The soft TPU shell adds grip and raised edges around the screen and camera cut-out. Crafters and small businesses can produce custom designs in bulk.

Heat press timing and temperature

Sublimation requires a heat press set between 350 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 80 to 120 seconds. The coated aluminium insert accepts dye evenly during that window. Removing the protective film before pressing is essential for a clean transfer. Consistent pressure across the insert prevents ghosting or colour shift.

Limits of the sublimation process

The process works only on the supplied aluminium insert; the surrounding TPU cannot be sublimated. Designs must stay within the insert dimensions. Polyester-based sublimation inks and papers are required; other ink types will not bond. The case is not compatible with any phone model other than the iPhone 14 6.1 inch.

Questions about this item

Does the TPU case stay cool to the touch during the 80-120 second heat-press cycle at 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit?

The soft TPU frame is designed to withstand the recommended 80-120 second pressing time at 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit without deforming.

What heat-press equipment is required to sublimate the coated aluminum insert?

A standard heat press capable of reaching 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit for 80-120 seconds is needed to transfer designs onto the aluminum insert.

Will the raised camera bumper still protect the lenses if I keep using my existing screen protector?

Yes, the raised rubber bumper around the camera hole adds a protective lip that works independently of any screen protector you already use.
