SFP transceiver for copper and fibre links

This SFP module converts between 10/100/1000Base-T copper Ethernet and 1000Base-X fibre interfaces. Network engineers use it to extend copper switch ports over single-mode or multi-mode fibre without replacing existing hardware. The transceiver is supplied new and includes a North America power supply for standalone media-converter operation. It suits campus LANs, metro-Ethernet hand-offs and industrial networks that need a hot-pluggable copper-to-fibre bridge.

Fits standard SFP cages and frees copper ports

The module plugs into any MSA-compliant SFP slot on switches, routers or media converters, drawing power directly from the host device.
