Hanging Handbag Organizer Set

The Travelon Hanging Handbag Organizer Set of 2 in Chocolate Damask provides twelve total compartments across two fabric organizers. Each compartment expands to about seven inches to fit small and large handbags. The set is designed for anyone who wants handbags off the floor and visible in a closet. It also works for towels, toys or cold-weather accessories.

Installation and Common Issues

Each organizer uses a built-in hook that slides over a standard closet rod for immediate hanging. No tools or assembly are required. The main issue occurs if the rod is too thick or shaped so the hook cannot seat securely. Overloading a single compartment beyond the fabric's give can cause sagging. Folding flat for storage is simple but requires emptying the compartments first.

What to Check Before Ordering

Verify that your closet rod diameter and shape allow a basic hanger-style hook to rest without slipping. Confirm you have enough vertical clearance for the expanded compartments, which reach roughly seven inches deep. Ensure the Chocolate Damask colour matches your preference, as the centre panel is solid while side compartments carry a printed pattern. The organizers fold flat, so check you have a flat spot to store them when not in use.

Questions about this item

How do I know the organizer is hanging securely after I hook it in the closet?

The metal hanger hook slides over a standard closet rod and the weight of the bags keeps it stable; each compartment expands to about 7 inches so you can see the bags sitting upright.

What comes in the package and do I need anything else to start using it?

The set includes two hanging organizers, each with six open compartments; no extra hardware is required — just a closet rod or sturdy hook.

Should I choose a different colour or a single organiser instead of this two-pack in Chocolate Damask?

This listing is specifically the two-pack in Chocolate Damask; if you prefer another pattern or only need one organiser, look for the separate single-unit listings.
