Tray System for Pelican 1460 EMS Case

This insert fits the Pelican 1460 EMS Case and adds three ABS plastic tiers that open fully. It is designed for medical and emergency responders who need organised, visible storage for supplies and controlled substances.

Three-tier layout with lockable compartments

The trays remain in place while opening, so every item is reachable without lifting or removing layers. Lockable sections secure regulated contents independently, allowing the outer case to stay unlocked for faster access.

ABS construction withstands daily field use

The rigid plastic resists impact and repeated opening cycles without warping. No moving mechanical parts generate noise, and the system adds no electrical draw to the case.

Questions about this item

What material limits how long the tray system survives daily field use?

The trays are moulded from ABS plastic, which resists impact and chemical exposure during repeated opening cycles.

How much heat builds up inside the closed trays after hours in a vehicle?

ABS plastic does not trap heat; the open-grid design lets air circulate so contents stay near ambient temperature.

Which case model must I already own for the 1466-932-230 trays to fit?

The system is engineered exclusively for the Pelican 1460 EMS Case.
